I am a classically trained vocalist who specializes in singing legit musical theater and classical music. This technique focuses on breath, posture, and freedom from tension to produce physically healthy singing, and a beautifully balanced tone throughout the range. Lessons also focus on musicality, acting, and presentation to best prepare you to give your best performances.
As a teacher, I offer high level instruction, while ensuring lessons remain fun and light-hearted, and that students feel nurtured and free to explore their voices! Ideal students are excited about music and singing, have a good musical ear, and are excited to practice between lessons. I also recommend that voice students be eight or older, and be able to match pitch. My students range from talented beginners to pre-professional high schoolers and college age students entering prestigious music conservatories.
